Johnny Carter
After 14 years of sobriety, Johnny Carter relapsed under extreme stress. His son was killed in a car accident, His mother died, his father later passed away due to an illness, and Mr. Carter lost his home. Mr. Carter continued using drugs and alcohol and became homeless. He now has his own apartment and is keeping up with his rent. Unfortunately, Mr. Carter was laid off from work during Covid-19. He is hoping to go back to work soon. Mr. Carter continues to attend Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous meetings. Every neighbor deserves a safe place to live - and a chance at a do-over.
